The Full and Detailed PPA Analysis
with email support and advice

Once the applicant has been interviewed, we suggest that you conduct what is called a "full PPA analysis". The analysis of the profile, at £75.00 plus VAT, is completed by a trained Thomas International consultant and then emailed to the person of your choosing, within two working days. It will detail the person's:

key description words

current work mask

behaviour under pressure

stress levels

motivators

and make suggestions as to the type of role that the person would be suited to.
